Created 2002 as Tbilisis Ghia Universiteti (Tbilisi Open Teaching University) and first accredited in 2005. Acquired current title in 2021. A fully accredited institution with 20 years of experience in the Georgian educational sphere, with some 2,100 students from 17 countries. The University currently offers 12 academic programs, both undergraduate and graduate.
